About RevealHim
A reverse-lookup service for people who got tired of unknown calls, suspicious texts, and unverifiable strangers online.
What we do
RevealHim is a reverse lookup service. You type a phone number, an email address, a photo or a license plate, and we pull together what's publicly known about it across more than a dozen verified data sources. The output is a single readable report — owner, carrier, location, social profiles, possible addresses, spam reputation. Not magic, just careful aggregation of data that's already out in the open.
We are not a background-check provider. We are not regulated by the FCRA in the United States. Our reports are for personal informational use only — figuring out who that 415 number belonged to, checking whether a Craigslist seller actually exists, verifying that the person who keeps texting your partner is who you think they are. We're deliberately built for those everyday situations, not for employment, lending, insurance or tenancy decisions.
Who we serve
Over the past year we've helped people identify unknown callers in over 78 countries. Our biggest user groups are:
- People who got an unknown call or text and want to know if it's worth calling back, or a scam to block
- Online buyers and sellers (Craigslist, Facebook Marketplace, Vinted, Leboncoin) verifying the person on the other end
- Daters using apps wanting to confirm a match is who they say they are before agreeing to meet
- Family members reconnecting with old friends or relatives whose contact details have changed
- Concerned partners finding unfamiliar numbers in a shared phone
- Small business owners vetting unfamiliar inbound contacts
Where our data comes from
We do not own a private database of phone subscribers. Instead, we query and combine data from established providers, each licensed for the purpose we use it for:
- Telecom carrier registries for line type, country, current operator
- Public phone directories for residential landline data
- Caller ID aggregators (Truecaller-class providers) for name suggestions and photos
- Public records databases for historical addresses, family connections (US-strong)
- Social network public profiles for cross-referencing identity
- Data breach archives (HaveIBeenPwned and similar) for security-related signals
- Image search engines (Google Vision) for our photo lookup module
When data conflicts between sources, we display the most-corroborated version and flag the rest. Where data isn't available, we say so rather than making something up.
How we handle your privacy
The numbers, emails and images you search are never published, sold, or shared with third parties. Your search history is visible only to your own account and to a small number of authorized engineers who maintain the service. We do not notify the person you're looking up — searches are anonymous from their perspective.
If you ever want your data removed from RevealHim's results (because, for instance, someone keeps looking you up), our removal-request form on the contact page processes opt-outs within 7 working days. We honour all GDPR, CCPA, PIPEDA and similar regulatory requests.
For full details on what data we collect, how long we keep it, and your rights, see our EU privacy policy or US privacy policy.
Our business model
RevealHim is funded by user subscriptions. We charge $1 for a 7-day trial that includes three full reports, then $29.99 per month for ongoing access with 15 reports per month. Cancel anytime from your dashboard — no phone calls, no friction.
Because users pay us directly, we don't need to monetize through invasive advertising or selling your data. The economics are simple: deliver useful reports, retain subscribers, repeat. When reports are weak, people cancel — that's our incentive to keep data quality high.
What we won't do
A few things are explicit no-gos for us, by company policy and by US/EU law:
- We won't help anyone stalk, harass, or intimidate a specific person. Repeat searches of the same identifier from accounts showing harassment patterns get suspended.
- We won't sell our data to anyone for discrimination in employment, housing, credit or insurance — full stop.
- We won't tip off the person you're looking up, but we also won't lie about what we have on you if you submit a data-access request.
- We won't bait you with a $1 trial then make cancellation hard. One click, no phone call.
